26.6.2012 (UNI) Punjab Government has nominated Justice Jasbir Singh, acting Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, as Executive Chairman of the Punjab Legal Services Authority.

Disclosing this here, an official spokesman of Punjab Government said that according to the letter issued by the Member Secretary, Punjab Legal Services Authority the His Excellency the Governor of Punjab Mr Shivraj V Patil in consultation with the acting Chief Justic of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, has nominated Justice Jasbir Singh.

He further said the notification in this regard has been issued with immediate effect. UNI
