17.7.2012 (UNI) The Allahabad High Court would hear on the bail petitions and applications of stay on his arrest of Senior Uttar Pradesh IAS Pradeep Shukla on July 25 next.

Shukla presently in Dasna jail in Ghaziabad, is a prime accused in the multi-crore rupees National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam in Uttar Pradesh which is being probed by the CBI on the directives of the Court.

Justice Amar Saran and Anurag Kumar would be hearing the case on July 25.

Today, the UP government filed its counter affidavit on the five application moved by the IAS officer. CBI had already filed its counter affidavit.

The counsel of Sukhla today sought time from the court to file their rejoinder. UNI
