The Supreme Court pulled up Karnataka High Court Judge D V Shylendra Kumar for criticising Chief Justice P D Dinakaran in the open court.

A Supreme Court vacation bench comprising Justice Deepak Verma and K S Radhakrishnan also stayed till further orders, the order of Justices Shylendra Kumar and N Ananda directing the High Court Registry to place a matter relating to customs duty before his bench.

The Supreme Court told Justice Kumar not to criticise Justice Dinakaran in the open court in violation of judicial discipline.
