29.5.2012 (UNI) Allahabad High Court will hear the bail plea of Dr Nupur Talwar, an accused in the murder of her daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, on May 31.

Justice A K Tripathi today fixed May 31 as the next date for hearing.

Dr Nupur's counsel has completed his arguments.

The CBI court in Ghaziabad had rejected the bail application of the accused earlier.

The Ghaziabad sessions court on May 25 formally charged Dr Rajesh Talwar and his wife Nupur Talwar with the murder of their daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj. The court also set the trial date for June 4.

The couple moved to Allahabad high court, challenging the framing of charges against them.

Nupur is at present lodged in Dasna Jail while Rajesh is out on bail. UNI
